Peyush Bansal-led firm completes full acquisition of tech unit

Lenskart Solutions completed the acquisition of the remaining 7.65% stake in Quantduo Technologies for ₹3.68 crore, increasing its ownership from 92.35% to 100%. The transaction was completed in two tranches and makes Quantduo a wholly owned subsidiary. Quantduo reported FY26 turnover of ₹10.02 crore, compared with ₹7.14 crore in FY25.
