Pfizer to lay off 210 employees from manufacturing dept in Ireland

US-based multinational pharmaceutical company Pfizer plans to cut 210 manufacturing jobs in Ireland as a part of its cost-cutting measure. The Pfizer layoffs are initiated as a part of the company's $4 billion plan to reduce costs by the end of 2024. The pharma giant will also lay off more staff by 2027.
