PGIMER treats J&K cop with rare acromegaly causing 7'7" height
The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has treated a 35-year-old J&K Police head constable suffering from an extreme form of acromegaly. Standing 7 feet 7 inches tall, the rare condition was caused by uncontrolled growth hormone secretion, according to a statement by the Department of Neurosurgery on Monday.
