Phalodi records Rajasthan's highest temperature at 50°C: IMD

Rajasthan is experiencing a severe heatwave. Phalodi recorded 50.0°C, the highest temperature, and Barmer recorded 48.8°C. Other cities like Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Churu, Jodhpur, Ganganagar, Kota, and Jaipur also reported very high temperatures. The heatwave continues in many areas. A slight drop in temperature is expected by the end of May.
