Phase one of Mumbai Metro Line 9 likely to be operational by 2024

According to Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), phase one of the Metro Line 9 corridor is likely to be operational by 2024. The metro line will connect Mumbai suburbs to Mira-Bhayandar. The project will be completed in two phases. Dahisar East to Kashigaon will be covered in the first phase. The deadline for the entire corridor is December 2025.
