PhD holder, who built Google's first AI team, warns AI will make higher education obsolete

Jad Tarifi, the founder of Google's first generative AI team and Integral AI, claimed that AI will make law and medicine degrees obsolete by the time current students finish studying them. "AI itself is going to be gone by the time you finish a PhD," said Tarifi, PhD-holder in AI. "Higher education...is on verge of becoming obsolete," he added.
