Philippines extends ban on inbound travel from India until June 15

The Philippines has extended a ban on inbound travel from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Oman and the UAE until June 15 to prevent transmission of the B.1.617.2 COVID-19 variant. Travellers who've visited these countries in the past 14 days will also be denied entry. The country has reported 13 cases of the B.1.617.2 variant, first detected in India.
