Philippines govt official caught having sex with secretary during video call

A government official in the Philippines has lost his job after being caught having sex with his secretary during a village council's online conference call. Captain Jesus Estil, of the Fatima Dos village council in the province of Cavite, appeared not to know his camera was on at the time of the incident.
