Philippines to distribute free contraceptives to 60L women

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the distribution of free contraceptives to 60 lakh women to make sure there is "zero unmet need for family planning". The Philippines is the only country in the Asia-Pacific region in which the rate of teen pregnancies rose during the last two decades, according to the UN Population Fund data.
