Photographer posts pic of deer with arrow through head, calls for new law

Lee-Anne Carver, a Canadian wildlife photographer, has posted a picture of a deer with an arrow through his head. "It was disturbing, startling and crushing...For now, allow me to say the arrow missed all vitals. His skull protected him," she said. Carver spoke about advocating for a new law that could make it illegal to shoot urban deer.
