Physics Wallah fined for not providing services despite taking fee

A Baramulla consumer court ordered Physics Wallah to compensate ₹50,000 along with ₹10,000 in litigation costs to a student for failing to deliver promised services despite taking a fee of ₹35,000. The student was enrolled in NEET programme. The court observed the edtech platform didn't respond to proceedings despite being served notice and forum then proceeded to decide the matter.
