Pic shows damage as IndiGo flight suffers major tailstrike

An IndiGo flight from Delhi to Bengaluru suffered a major tailstrike on September 9, following which substantial damage marks were found on the aircraft. The DGCA has opened an investigation into the incident and grounded the aircraft as well as its crew. "The airline has forwarded the flight data to Airbus...to determine the exact cause...of the damage," DGCA said.
