Pic shows injured Palestinian tied to Israeli military jeep, Israeli Army reacts

A video showing an injured Palestinian man strapped to the hood of an armoured Israeli military jeep has been widely shared online. The video was taken in the occupied West Bank and Israel Defense Forces said the man was injured in an exchange of fire. Soldiers' conduct "violated protocol", IDF said, adding that the conduct "doesn't conform" to its values.
