Pic shows Miss Universe 2024 crown with rare 'South Sea pearls'

The 73rd edition of the Miss Universe beauty pageant, held in Mexico, unveiled its crown, the Lumière de l'Infini or Light of Infinity. The crown was handcrafted by Filipino artisans using traditional techniques practiced in Place Vendôme, Paris. It features the rare golden South Sea pearls, which is known as the National Gem of the Philippines.
