Pic shows PM Modi hugging boatman in Bengal; boatman says 'He paid me ₹1000 as boat ride fare'

A picture shared by PM Narendra Modi showed him hugging a boatman identified as Gourango Biswas after a boat ride in the Hooghly River in West Bengal. Biswas said, "After he alighted from my boat, he hugged me, and paid me ₹1,000 as fare for the boat." PM Modi also shared pictures of him greeting the crowd.
