Pic shows SP leader's WhatsApp text to woman banker, he wrote 'Complete woman, will make you IAS'

An FIR has been registered against Samajwadi Party leader Rajan Rizvi for sending objectionable messages to a female banker after he obtained her number without her consent. Calling her a "complete woman", he wrote, "If I move ahead in politics in future and SP forms government, I'll try to get you appointed as an IAS officer on deputation through CM."
