Pics of halos of light around sun amid heavy snowfall in US go viral

Pictures of halos of light around the sun, also called 'sundogs', amid heavy snowfall in US' Minnesota are going viral on social media. 'Sundogs' are coloured spots of light that develop due to refraction of light through ice crystals and are located approximately 22° either left, right or both, from the sun, depending on where the ice crystals are present.
