Social media users shared pictures showing huge crowds and long queues at airport check-in counters across India as IndiGo faced a system outage on Saturday. The system slowdown affected check-ins and flight bookings, and also forced the airline to issue handwritten boarding passes to passengers. IndiGo said that it is working to restore stability and normalcy as quickly as possible.
