Several pictures and videos released by the government showed the Indian medical team treating people at a field hospital unit in the earthquake-hit Venezuela. The government said India's humanitarian assistance reaffirms its "commitment to standing with the world in times of crisis through care, courage and service". Notably, India has sent relief supplies under Operation Amistad to Venezuela.
