Ten years before Alzarri Joseph's non-run out for the lack of appeal by Australia, Kevin Pietersen was lucky to survive a similar dismissal in IPL 2014. Captaining Delhi Daredevils, Pietersen tried to run a single when Rajasthan Royal's Unmukt Chand took a shy at the non-striker's end's stumps. Pietersen's foot was in the air, but he was ruled not out.
