PIL alleges foreign funding, seeks NIA probe in CJP protest; Delhi HC agrees to hear it

Delhi High Court has agreed to urgently hear on Friday a PIL seeking an NIA probe into CJP protests. Petitioner Satish Kumar Aggarwal, ex-Vice President of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, alleged that the agitation was part of a "larger conspiracy" involving foreign-funded organisations. "The so-called protest is not...a genuine protest by students or for student-related concerns," the PIL alleged.
