PIL filed in HC, we can file transfer petition: Solicitor General in SC on Delhi building collapse

Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta called Delhi building collapse, which claimed the lives of seven people, a "horrific incident" in Supreme Court. "A PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court. We can file a transfer petition but I'm pointing out the order that was passed," he stated. The top court will hear the matter on September 10.
