Pilot draws heart shape in sky in Iceland to thank medical workers, pic surfaces

A pilot returning with medical supplies from China drew a heart shape in the sky over Iceland to thank the healthcare workers amid the coronavirus pandemic. The change in the flight's path added another nine minutes to the flight. The Boeing 767 from Icelandair landed at the Keflavik International Airport later. Iceland has reported over 1,700 coronavirus cases.
