Pilot error blamed for 2023 Mumbai Learjet crash: Report

India’s Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has attributed the 2023 Mumbai Learjet crash to an unstable landing approach and improper aircraft handling. Poor visibility, strong tailwinds, inadequate airspeed monitoring and a delayed go-around also contributed to the accident. All eight occupants were injured, but none died. The AAIB recommended stronger pilot training and audits.
