Pilot, instructor questioned after flight hits two people

A flight instructor and a trainee pilot were questioned in court after their plane hit two sunbathers while crash landing on a beach in Portugal. The instructor and pilot were unhurt after the incident, although the two sunbathers, a 56-year-old man and an eight-year-old girl, died. Legal experts said the instructor and pilot could face a charge of negligent homicide.
