Pilot of Air India flight that suddenly dropped 300 feet tests positive for marijuana: Reports

The pilot who flew the Air India Phuket-Delhi flight that suddenly dropped 300 feet last week has tested positive for marijuana, said reports. Both pilots underwent a screening for psychoactive substances. The initial screening of the pilot-in-command had indicated a result requiring confirmatory testing. The incident is being probed by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB).
