Pimpri Chinchwad to get additional 100 MLD water from Andra dam

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is gearing up to get additional 100 million litres per day (MLD) of water from the Andra Valley Dam located in Maval taluka in a week. This comes after the Maharashtra irrigation department directed the civic body to ensure judicious use of drinking water by citizens so the available stock can last up to July.
