Pink Planet may be surrounded by salty clouds: Study

A study led by Northwestern University suggested that "Pink Planet", a planetary-mass object formally known as GJ 504 b, is likely surrounded by salty clouds. Observations using James Webb Space Telescope showed that its atmosphere contains water vapour, methane, carbon dioxide and ammonia in addition to salty clouds. Pink Planet is likely between 2.5 billion and 4 billion years old.
