Piramal Pharma completes acquisition of Hemmo Pharmaceuticals

Piramal Enterprises on Wednesday said its subsidiary Piramal Pharma has completed the acquisition of Hemmo Pharmaceuticals. Piramal Pharma had entered into an agreement in March to acquire a 100% stake in Hemmo for an upfront consideration of ₹775 crore and earn-outs tied to the achievement of milestones. Piramal Enterprises' shares were trading at ₹2,457, up 0.44% on the BSE.
