Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal recalled lessons from his father Ved Prakash Goyal's student days, stating his father decided to reappear for a Math exam despite scoring 99. He added his father returned with a full 100. "That stayed with us. If you believe something can be done better, you take responsibility for it, even if there's a risk," Goyal said.
