At least 13 people, including two senior military officials, were killed in a plane crash in DR Congo on Friday. The plane was returning to the capital city of Kinshasa when it developed a technical fault and crashed into a residential plot while attempting to land. Nobody survived the crash, including the pilot whose body was found outside the aircraft.
