US-based Impossible Foods, maker of plant-based Impossible Burger, is seeking to double its valuation of $2 billion attained in May through a new fundraising round, Reuters reported. The plant-based meat producer aims to raise up to $400 million at a minimum valuation of $3 billion. Some existing investors are pitching for a larger raise at higher valuation, the report added.
