PlaySimple Games files DRHP for ₹3,150-crore IPO: Report

PlaySimple Games has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to raise ₹3,150 crore via an IPO, Moneycontrol reported. This will be entirely through an offer for sale (OFS) by existing promoter MTGx Gaming Holding AB, which owns over 97% of PlaySimple. The firm, focused on casual gaming, reported FY25 revenue of ₹2,260 crore, up from ₹1,877 crore.
