Plea filed in HC against K'taka order to sing only 2 stanzas of Vande Mataram

A PIL has been filed in the Karnataka High Court challenging the state government's order mandating only first two stanzas of Vande Mataram to be sung at events. The plea states that the order is in direct conflict with the Union Government's guidelines. The court earlier refused a PIL against Centre's advice to sing all six stanzas of Vande Mataram.
