Plea seeks probe into Saurav Das' nationality & background, Madras HC issues notice

The Madras High Court has issued a notice on a PIL seeking a probe into CJP spokesperson Saurav Das' nationality, his background and parents. The PIL sought directions to block his social media accounts too, for remarks against the judiciary. Further, the PIL asked that Das' Aadhaar card and passport be cancelled after it's established that he's a foreign national.
