Plea to transfer MUDA scam probe against K'taka CM to CBI rejected

Karnataka High Court rejected a plea to transfer the alleged Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam probe against CM Siddaramaiah from Lokayukta police to CBI. The case involves accusations of corruption regarding the allocation of land by MUDA to Siddaramaiah's wife Parvathi. ED had also booked Siddaramaiah last year over allegations of irregularities and misuse of authority within MUDA.
