Pleasantly surprised by response: Railway official on 'toilet manners' remark

Reacting to criticism over his "Please travel in it only if you've learnt toilet manners" remark ahead of Vande Bharat Sleeper's launch, railway official Ananth Rupanagudi said he's "pleasantly surprised" by response on his remark. "Though it may seem a little preachy, it's just to encourage responsible travel, of which I'm a great advocate...It takes two to tango," he stated.
