'Pleased to inform our promoter has died,' says company in exchange filing; pic surfaces

A Rajasthan-based company recently declared the death of its promoter in a corporate filing and wrote, "We are pleased to inform that promoter of our company...is no more in this world." The textile company made the error in its submission to the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 25. A picture of the filing was widely shared on social media.
