PM became 'Man of the Year' by ripping people's throat: Cong

Reacting to PM Narendra Modi bagging TIME online reader's poll for 'Person of the Year', Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury said he got the title by ripping people's pockets and throats. "Who won't consider him the 'Man of the Year' in this world? Is it a normal thing to tear up every citizen's pocket and throat with one stroke," asked Chowdhury.
