PM calls MK Stalin, deputes Sitharaman to assess Tamil Nadu floods

PM Narendra Modi called Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin to inquire about floods in the state. Stalin said PM assured Centre's support and conveyed that he has deputed Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to assess the flood situation. This comes after state minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, while asking for disbursal of funds by Centre, said, "We're not asking for anyone's father's money."
