BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, while speaking on Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, said it ensures stricter punishment for those involved in exam malpractices. "Soul of this amendment is 'justice delayed is justice denied'; with speed, amendment makes punishment stricter," she said.
