Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi alleged that PM Narendra Modi got scared and stayed away from Parliament, while Railway Minister and Nishikant Dubey “ran away like bullet train”. Her comments followed the adjournment of Lok Sabha proceedings on Wednesday. The House has witnessed uproar since Monday after Rahul Gandhi was barred from quoting an unpublished book by ex-Army chief MM Naravane.
