PM halts speech on spotting boy holding his portrait, says 'You've drawn a good pic'

PM Narendra Modi halted his speech in Haryana on spotting a boy holding up a framed sketched portrait of the PM, saying, "You've drawn a very good picture." Asking the boy to give the picture to his security personnel after writing his name and address on the back, PM Modi added, "I'll write a letter to you...Now, take your seat."
