PM hid in room when Naravane sought orders during Chinese incursion: Rahul

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that ex-Army chief MM Naravane revealed in his book that during Chinese incursion, he sought orders from Defence Minister Rajnath Singh but received no response. Rahul added that Naravane sought orders because the decision of war is taken by PM, but he hid in his room and asked Naravane to "do whatever he deems fit".
