PM Modi apologises for being late, says 'Didn't want to inconvenience students'

PM Narendra Modi apologised for arriving late at the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He said he left Raj Bhavan 10-15 minutes later than planned as the time was clashing with students, who were giving their board exams. There was a possibility of roads being closed for security reasons which could have caused difficulty to students, he explained.
