PM Modi arrives in Goa for Liberation Day Celebrations

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today arrived in Goa to participate in Goa's Liberation Day Celebrations. As per the PMO, PM Modi will felicitate freedom fighters and veterans of 'Operation Vijay', an Indian Armed Forces mission that liberated Goa from Portuguese rule in 1961. Liberation Day is celebrated on December 19 every year to mark the success of Operation Vijay.
