PM Modi conferred UN food body FAO's highest honour, dedicates it to India's 'annadatas'

PM Modi was conferred with Food and Agriculture Organisation’s highest honour, Agricola Medal, in Rome. He was felicitated in recognition of his contribution to agriculture, food security and farmer welfare. "I dedicate this honour to India’s Annadatas," PM Modi said. "It is a recognition of hard work of our farmers, those associated with world of livestock and fisheries," he added.
