PM Modi dedicates a building of Rashtriya Raksha University to nation

PM Narendra Modi on Saturday dedicated a building of Gandhinagar's Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) to the nation. PM delivered the university's first convocation address. "It's imperative that police manpower be trained in a way that they're amicable with people," he said. "After independence, recruitment in law and order needed reforms. Unfortunately, we were left behind," PM added.
