PM Modi focusing on punishment, not on why paper leaks happen: CJP

Cockroach Janta Party's Ashutosh Ranka reacted to PM Narendra Modi's statement on paper leaks, saying PM was focusing on punishment rather than addressing the root cause. "PM is talking about punishment after a paper leak occurs...but why is there no discussion on why paper leaks are happening?" he said. He added, "Paper leaks are happening because...system is filled...with corrupt individuals."
