Top Mumbai designer Troy Costa has been hired to design PM Narendra Modi's outfits for his 6-day US visit. The move has given rise to speculations that Modi might ditch the half-sleeved kurtas and Nehru jackets for a suit and tie, for his US visit. Costa, however, refused to share what he has designed for the PM.
